I am so happy to announce that I won the Hilton Head incentive trip through Stampin' Up! This is a great opportunity and I can't wait to be a part of it!
I really need to thank my down line for all the effort they put into their businesses this year. And also to my amazing customers for helping me get there!!! I can't tell you how much you all mean to me and look forward to continue to create with you!!! Thanks again:)
Here is a picture of my and Heather on stage at convention! I was lucky enough to first get to know Heather at the Artisan dinner last year and now get to see her again at Hilton Head!
Now that convention is over I can show you all the things I made for the boards! Some are simple, some are stepped up, some were fun to make and others were a bit of a challenge:) Enjoy...
These two cards were made with the You're Amazing Stamp Set. I really like this set. I love this little elephant with a hat! Too Cute!!

I had a great time at cards and cocktails on the 13th. I have another one coming up on the 10th of August, you can see all the details under upcoming events above.
You make 3 cards styles, 2 of each, so they go home with 6 cards at the end of the night! Here are the three cards everyone made.

So can you tell I like this Card? I had done it for my Regular Club in June (shown in the second picture) with Raspberry Ripple as my layer, and decide to change it oh so slightly and add Old Olive as my layer for my swap.
Hope they like it! I'll be posting my swaps for this years Artisan Finalist swap soon, so be sure to stop back in!
See you again tomorrow!!

I am not much of a swapper...but you would never know that by the amount I am making this year for convention. I had signed up for an organized swap a little while back, and then a few more fell into place, so I ended up being a part of 3 organized swaps, a roommate gift swap, and a shoe box swap...o'well that is what convention is for, right:)Here is my swap with storybook friends. This is one of my favorite combos of color. and I love this little kitten! I know it doesn't look that fancy, but it has a lot of steps! Thanks for stopping in!

I got this single stamp, Life Shared because I LOVE the Story Time DSP that coordinates with it! So I Decided to pull it out the other day and watercolor the image. But I never put it on a card, so I was sitting at my work desk and saw it sitting there and decided to use different pieces that were cut and make it a card finally. Nothing fancy, pretty basic, but here it is!
See you tomorrow!

So remember a few weeks ago when I told you all to check back and see what I did to step up my projects for my advanced club? Well I forgot:) Sorry!!! I was going threw my pictures to do a little catching up and realized I never posted these!
So even though the forth of July is long gone, here is the little bag we made. I really love the new alphabet dies. They are such a perfect size.
And here is my "stepped up" card. I made a similar card to this for my Artisan Swap-(with the winners from last year) I am still working, and what I mean by that is have not started thinking about this years artisan swap:) O'well, I'll get it done!
See you tomorrow!

I made this keep sake box for my mom. As you saw yesterday I make her pages each year of my kids, this year I decided to gift wrap it in a decorated tin that she could keep the old pages in. I used a new set from the upcoming Holiday Catalog called Affection Collection! This will be available starting August 1st to everyone.

So every year I give my mom a shadow box page of my kiddos for Mother's Day. This year I was a little late(well I was late last year to, but that is besides the point) Anyways with the artisan entry and convention board samples I had a lot of creating to do, so I think she understood! Here is what I came up with for her card...

I have started up another round of Parks and Rec classes! It is great I have a full house. I really enjoy teaching these classes, and since I have a ton of return visitors, I am guessing they like it as well! I try to keep my cards for these classes a little more basic then club or my Cards and Cocktails class (which is coming up on the 13th of July-if you are interested be sure to email me) I want everyone to feel successful and since there is a variety of stampers I try to not over complicate things. Here are the cards we did for last class.
I cased the card above...you can see the inspiration here.
These two I just came up with:)
Thanks for stopping in!
